Age groups can be marked for attendance to matches and game fixtures. Super Users will be able to amend any regional centre pre academy game fixture list Head Scout/Centre Manager will be able to add their own game fixture list. Coaches will have access to mark attendance for game fixtures and training sessions.
A powerful management tool, the integrated calendar can record all events
that are entered in the system. This includes upcoming game fixtures,
training sessions, staff meetings and ad hoc events. The system provides
three levels of calendar: central system wide, regional development centre
and individual scout calendar.
The central system wide calendar can be updated and viewed by admin
roles such as Super User and Head Scout. Events entered here will appear
in all calendars across the club’s development centres.
A regional development centre specific calendar records events that relate
to a particular centre /region. Events here are entered by the Head Scout or
Centre Manager.
Each individual scout also has access to a personalized calendar, which
automatically records their own activities, such as upcoming game fixtures.
Coaches are able to mark attendance for game fixtures and training sessions and can be tracked using, Attended, Not Attended or injured/ill charts.
Head scout can create fixtures and allocate them to individual scouts.
The scout is then invited by email to accept or decline the invitation. The response is recorded in the system so that the head scout can take the appropriate action.
Each regional centre has its own calendar.
The calendar automatically records all events that are entered in the system. This includes game fixtures, training sessions, staff meetings and Ad hoc events. Select to view an overall calendar or a development centre specific calendar.
The club staff have the ability to communicate to all players, staff and parents via email direct from the system. Distribution groups can be created to share information easily and quickly.
Efficient communications are the key to getting any message out, whether it be to staff, parents or players. Our system enables you to easily create email distribution groups that will allow you send emails and more importantly documents out quickly and efficiently. Games postponement can be communicated instantly, change of training session times and more importantly club informative newsletters can be distributed. Technical assessments or match reports can be sent instantly to staff, making sure there is no delay in decision making, vitally important in player recruitment.
The system incorporates alert notifications for specific tasks, ensuring the workflow process is followed throughout. System alerts notify the Head scout when a player recommendation is made, so they can send out an immediate trial invitation. As soon as Match reports and Asssesments are uploaded, notication alerts are sent to the nominated personnel, to ensure swift and immediate action. Efficient communications throughout the system helps the decision making process and ensures management has a 360 degree view of the entire system workflow.
Regional League tables and Teams can be created in the system, from which game fixtures can be created by individual scouts.

When a game fixture has been attended a match report can be attached to it making easy to make notes and report on players.
